Once you realize Nebraska had exactly 9 wins in 2016, 2014, 2013, 2011, 2008 & 2006 it makes it a lot less confusing why they picked that metric. Same reason they picked 1962, I suspect.

Just checked google street view https://goo.gl/maps/C8SubDGhBsC2& totally remember that strip mall because it had a 2-for-1 Pizza (that was ingenuously both its name & marketing advantage). The 7-11 was probably there but I don't remember it. My apartment was on the other side of campus Cooincidentally, it's across the street from the massive 1920s Spanish-style AAA office where my grandfather worked in the 30s before my mom was born.

What type of donor do you need to be & how did they get this by the p12 regulations? Simply that it is not available to the general public?

Talk leaking out of a planned new club at the peristyle end of the coliseum that will serve alcohol on game-days. Apparently it will be "outside" the stadium so outside Pac-12 regulation. Wouldn't be surprised if it was only avail for big boosters & season ticket holders, like Cal's. Oh, I guess that's not an athletic facility -- so OT
