If you are late in filling out the bracket, shouldn't you lose out on the top pick, i.e. if there were 12 possible choices and you fail to fill out after first game you should only have 1-11 available to you?
Seems like chump change, $90k for a football season. At $8/beer, if they only net 25% that would be 45,000 beers sold. Wazzu fans could probably drink that much in a half against Eastern Washington.
With an enrollment of over 40k, I would think there would still be plenty of students around. I get that there are lots of things to do in LA, but the Bruins football fans seem pretty apathetic.
Why is the UCLA student section so small in September? I would get it for the Arizona schools, when it is still hot, but September should be nice in LA.
I think having decent facilities may be a prerequisite to getting a top coach these days. A good coach is not going to come if the school does not show that it is committed to winning (and commitment means spending money on the program).
