I’m trying to figure out how we begin to deprogram half the country.

Maybe we should view it like the Marshall Plan or Reconstruction.

We need Democrats to get into rural areas and rebuild infrastructure, schools, etc.

Fun fact, Charity Dean was a year ahead of me at Junction City High School.  She also grew up in a fundamentalist Christian household who denied evolution and espoused a steady stream of idiotic, right-wing politics.  She overcame that with an intellectual curiosity about science and biology and pandemics.  Now she's on 60 Minutes for her prescient thoughts on the pandemic well before it was declared as such.

Way to go, Doc.

Running in a GOP primary is the worst kind of performative art.

Not sure, I wouldn't be surprised if this moron actually believes this.  He has another tweet where he compare vaccine mandates to the sterilization of people with Down's in the early 1900s (which, of course, he blames entirely on progressives).
