Larry Scott should scoff at players expecting to have their medical care covered while on full scholarship?  Is that the old white man argument now?

Stop pretending like this shit doesn’t look like plantation-style racism.  Majority black athletes who are particularly susceptible to this virus due to their race (and in particular their older relatives) should not be tossed onto the field with zero protections and with liability waivers in their face.

Laughing at you thinking this is about player safety.  Players are like I’ll have a bag of chips, a hotdog and a Lamborghini and you’re focused on the fucking hot dog.

This is like the fucking teachers asking for a 20% Increase in prep time, a15% pay increase, a10% Increase in retirement pay, a 20% reduction in medical plan copayments And a school nurse one day a week for the kids.  Asking for a school nurse makes it seem like they aren’t self-centered bastards and like they actually care about kids.  Idiots and people who sleep with teachers think they’re magnanimous.

1.  This is about money, big money.  Do players deserve it?  It doesn’t matter, you’d have to burn the system down and overturn Title IX to give it to them.  The presidents aren’t ready to do that.

2.  Scott is a puppet dancing to the tune of university presidents who are happy to stand in the background while he looks like a plantation master.  He’s not the or even a leader.  He’s like a fucking McDonald’s shift manager When it comes to this topic. His job is to buy time.  He looks condescending? Who gives a fuck, he’s buying time.  As long as the players aren’t talking about the university presidents, the university presidents are happy.  They can come in at the end and sound like concerned liberals Once they’ve got their ducks in a row.

Lol, you didn’t even read the letter regarding the meeting with Scott.  You’re absolutely unhinged.

Oh and holy shit, can you imagine the horrific society we’d have if teachers were paid 10% more stead of millionaires and billionaires hoarding 3,000% more?  Oh the humanity!  Healthcare for all students and families?   HOW COULD WE ABIDE SUCH TYRANNY?!

Keep pretending like you’re a beacon of rational thought as you lick every boot of the corporate class.  The funniest part is, you’re not even that successful.   But it feels good to TALK like you are, right?

Wow, it's almost like if Trump started doing the shit we were all screaming about months ago (scaling up testing, using the DPA to produce masks/ventilators/PPE/tests) there might've been a chance to save the billions of dollars that will be lost when the NCAA and NFL cancel football.

Under this leadership, our country WANTS to crater its own economy, and the happiness of its citizens.  If you vote trump in November, your head is an empty fucking vessel.  Full stop.

1. Does Larry Scott deserve that $1.9 million mansion that he got through a loan from the conference and has yet to pay the money back?  Students would have been given the boot from campus for not paying for room & board.  The NFL owners have a boatload of money they could have paid towards a minor league football conference and get rid of a lot of problems that plague the sport.  It would have cost like $3-6 million for schools to give $1,000.00 to each student athlete during the full year which in the day of of those bloated media rights deals, is doable.  Wasn't this country once great when the ceos weren't earning hundreds or thousands of times the average pay of a company employee?  I bet a lot of Americans want those values back into this country.

2. Those presidents can easily find an actual McDonald's shift manager and that person would do a much better job than Larry Scott has done to date because that salary will be a big boost from their current salary.  And perhaps a better TV deal as well.  I swear Trump is better at negotiating a deal than Scott is.

If ESPN was to lay out conditions on getting that media money on ensuring better treatment of student athletes, that'd be a good start after Congress passes that NIL bill.

Riiiight. 1. Teachers can negotiate for higher pay and still care about kids.  In fact, the seemingly undeserved pay raises for teachers according to you, haven't even kept up with inflation.  Teacher's make less than 30 years ago.  2. Teachers can push for more prep time to, you know, actually be able to complete planning and grading during the work hours instead of continually working outside of contract time and still care about kids.  How on earth do you think teachers are some evil mastermind organization wanting to fuck kids over and make insurmountable profit?

He's bitter and trolling.  I think he was a teacher for like 5 minutes so he feels that experience 50 years ago entitles him to insult teachers for life, as if he has some special insight.
