Hawkins is a mess of a high school right now. They appeared as a school about 5 years ago, pulled in a lot of inner city kids who would have gone to Crenshaw, Dorsey et al, and now have some problems with rules violations and they just fired their entire football coaching staff.

Looks like Trey Lowe is headed to UW.  I'm actually surprised he's ranked as high as he is, and getting the offers he's gotten.  It will be interesting to see what his ranking looks like when he is measured at 5'6 160.

It's interesting that his brother had said he was done with UO, if they fired Helfrich.

So he's the same size Barry Sanders was as a junior? Sweet.

from what i've seen he's much more explosive than his brother. keanon was a superb HS running back that transitioned to so-so college receiver. looks like trey will be able to line up in different spots.

he puts up ridiculous numbers behind that line in the metro league. he's fun to watch if you can find a jesuit game streaming.

Cool reaction from a kid when he got a ucla offer. Watch us not land him now

He committed to UCLA today.  Aaron Maldonado, 3* OG.

UCLA also has commitments from:

3* WR/LB Isaiah Johnson

3* DB Jhevon Hill

Cal QB commit Adrian Martinez now has offers from Alabama, Ole Miss and Tennessee along with most of the Pac 12.  Not even Goff or Kline got these kind of offers.  It will be interesting to see if Cal can hold on to him with the coaching change.

UO finally lands their first commit of 2018,  3* RB Travis Dye committed today.  5'11 200lbs RB, who older brother Troy is a starting LB at UO, and the oldest brother Tony played safety at UCLA.

Also hearing that 2019 TE Patrick Herbert has committed to UO.  He is the younger brother of Justin.
