[May 31] The Pac-12 conference has announced the date, location, and time for this year's upcoming Pac-12 Football Media Day.

The league will host media day on July 24th at the Hollywood & Highland in Hollywood, California. The event will start at 8 a.m. with a press conference with Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott, and then wrap up by 6 p.m. that night.

The Pac-12 North Division Head Coaches and selected student-athletes from each school will talk between 8:45 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. The Pac-12 South Division Head Coaches and selected student-athletes from each school will start their press conferences at 1:30 p.m. and be wrapped up by 4:30 p.m.

Here is a tentative schedule of events for the Pac-12 Media Day:

8:00 a.m. – Local television/radio interview circuit begins
8:00 a.m. - Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott Opening Remarks
8:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. - Pac-12 North Division Head Coaches and Student-Athletes (order to be determined)
CALIFORNIA, OREGON, OREGON STATE, STANFORD, WASHINGTON, WASHINGTON STATE
11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Lunch and additional one-on-one interview opportunities with the North Division
1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Pac-12 South Division Head Coaches and Student-Athletes (order to be determined)
ARIZONA, ARIZONA STATE, COLORADO, UCLA, USC, UTAH
4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Additional one-on-one interview opportunities with the South Division

No decision has been made yet for what players Oregon will be bringing to the event. It is expected that each school will bring a head coach and two student-athletes. Last season the Oregon Ducks brought quarterback Justin Herbert and defensive lineman Jalen Jelks. If Herbert comes this year, it would mark the third straight year he has attended the event. Previously, Oregon rising senior linebacker Troy Dye has also attended the event one time.

DuckTerritory.com's Matt Prehm and Erik Skopil will be present at Pac-12 Media Day.

Fifteen years into his local sports media career, Prehm still writes like a Russian Twitter bot. Are all 247 sites amateur hour, or did we just luck out?
