The Board Formerly Known as the PAC-12 Board?

I like this idea too. There isn’t really a good Big12 or even B1G forum that I could find. Maybe this would give a place for those fans that want to discuss more than just their preferred team/school.

Once again we’re at least not getting swept. This team went from fun to watch to possibly dangerous. We’ll see.

Was hoping Utah could pull it off at the end there. I had mostly PAC12 schools in the Elite 8 in my bracket.

I think now especially with the transfer portal & NIL it’s gonna be hard to judge a team the same year to year. I really don’t think it should have ever been a consideration anyway, but going forward what’s the justification? I just watched CSU dismantle Virginia who won the natty back in 2019, but obviously this years Virginia team was vastly different not only from 2019 but even just a year ago after losing a bunch of starters. But did the committee really give Virginia the play in game because of their history in the tournament? I hope not but it wouldn’t shock me either. Watch CSU make a deep run this year and go on a long tournament losing streak again.

Seems to always be an issue with the MWC. IDK if it's bias because they're considered a mid-major conference but they've averaged 3 tournament bids a year since 2010, getting 4-5 multiple years. I think despite their short history as a conference they've only had 1 bid a few times. I get financial resources plays into high vs mid major but they're always competing with the best of teams throughout the years.

The losses suck. The wins feel extra special, but this team doesn’t quit. They’re really fun to watch. Way better than what we had to deal with under Gill.

USC takes the series and moves to 2-5. Things are hopefully looking up. 😭

USC not off to a great start. 0-3 in Desert Invitational to BYU, GCU and Ohio State. Hopefully we can turn it around. 🫠

At least we get the 12 team CFP next year. I just wonder with the current portal window if a high percentage of players will still opt out or transfer if their team is playing in the playoffs.

I wonder what other options they are looking at for baseball, it was interesting they chose to not go all in at once.

A lot of USC fans thought Nelson would be the future eventually. But he hasn’t been healthy since the end of his junior year. He wasn’t anywhere near ready going into the spring game. Sounds like Malachai wanted to start sooner and Riley didn’t think he was ready.

The problem is it’s probably not Moss, even though he’s pretty good. Nelson had a shoulder surgery after his senior season and it sounds like his rehab is taking longer. He injured it his junior season and put off surgery. Guess it might have bit him to wait. The message boards are saying LR is gonna pull a portal QB for next season.
