SCIENCE shows the biggest problem in transmission is by hands touching something and then going to your eyes, nose or mouth. You start telling people to wear masks, which are uncomfortable and sweaty at which point you do what? Poke at it and move it with your hands going where? That's right, eyes nose and mouth. Yes, it really will be 18 months. Get it ready for trials, approved for trials, run the trials, write the report and get it out. Get approval.
