This term is crazy.  We are more likely than not to see them:

1. Overturn Roe.

2. Outlaw any kind of licensure for guns.

3. Put a person to death, their Catholicism be damned, all the while doubling down on police power.

 

They've already let people put bounties on women who don't want to be declared, under the law, sentient uteri.  But that's just an adorable warm-up.

 

This is what happens when Mitch McConnell gets his way.  Americans, by double-digit numbers, are against ANY of the above being declared law.  But here we are.  A bunch of judges who answer for about 35% of the country will continue to delay our rights, thanks to the electoral college, the senate, and other 18th century atrocities.  Yay.

The Supreme Court is fine with the 4th Amendment, they're just not fine with having any remedy whatsoever if federal agents violate it:
