Mano
When Sanders is trying to convince top recruits to sign with HBCU's, wouldn't it be an extremely bad look to jump to first P5 coaching offer?

And if he turned them around he might have the pick of the litter on a high profile job. Prime Time will eventually want to be at a blueblood because that’s him. But this might be a safe way to get there. If CU can raise their profile at all it’s a win-win.
glduck
I still think ASU would be the better fit, but they seem determined to take our o-coordinator.

glduck
I really liked Dillingham, and it will hurt to lose him. The absolute dick punch will be if Dante Moore looks elsewhere because of this.

Sanders' whole personality thrives on building something that's broken. You can't get more broken than Jackson State was, or that Colorado now is. If he took some job like FSU he wouldn't be a miricle worker to bring them to the top. But Boulder? Now that's a challenge. It'll be fun to watch (that is, for anybody still interested in the Pac-10.)
