To be honest, I don't find you all that impressive and I'm being nice.
duckfandan
Flugaur, who I think was linked previously, seems to think Oregon and Washington would only have decrease payments during the current contract being negotiated, and then fully paid members after the next contract. An earlier tweet in the recent email from his 'insider' said B1G's goal is to add ND, UW, UO, Stanford in 2024, as well.

MLS or MSL isn't a word, did you actually go to college? Hell, I work in aviation which means i deal with all kinds of acronyms. I get things transposed all the time and don't fret it. My mind is more math and engineering focused. My brother? Hell, he has degrees in English and Literature from UCSB and it a perfectionist when it comes to writing anything. However, he will review things 4-5 times before submitting it. I don't have time for that.

Riiiight, everyone knows that making tons of little mistakes when you're an engineer in aviation is totally the industry standard. No wonder Boeing planes fall out of the sky every full moon. Lol, says the guy who has posted 42x in about two weeks regarding conference realignment on a message board for a conference where his team isn't even a member, lolololol Gee, you keep compounding on stupid. 1. I didn't say I was an aerospace engineer. However, I do own multiple Supplemental Type Certificates ( STC) and I am responsible for doing the engineering drawings which has to be approved by the FAA ACO, sometimes through my DER or DAR. At certain times I have to make changes through the FAA MIDO. As I said, the government love acronyms. 2. Boeing planes don't "fall out of the sky every full moon." I could tell you why the two 737-MAX crashes happened but that would be well above your ability to comprehend. I am also a pilot, by the way. 3. Not a PAC-12 member yet. I came on here because we are either going to the PAC-? or the BIG-12. I wanted to see what people in the PAC-12 were saying. Thought I would find some intelligent commentary. Unfortunately, I came across an idiot like you. From what Kliavkoff said today, it appears we will be in the PAC in the next couple of months. Nice. Then I will post here even more often. "Fuckface?" Makes me laugh. You are nothing and you come across as that. You ever get laid? Again, you don't appear to be very intelligent, which is why you go straight to insults and profanity. I have to say, I feel a bit sorry for you.
Pac12Fan
I have not been on this page for months. Anything happen while I was gone? The Big 10 is a big deal but I realize that UCLA being invited was a package deal. USC is the football brand. Also, our athletic budget is run just like the state of California. We are carrying a 108 million dollar debt load. How does this happen? I’m certain our chancellors will screw up the Big 10 money quickly as they will want it spread out evenly. I see that $68 million of the debt will be relieved by UnderArmor. I see the Big 10 as a way to get our ass kicked in the cold weather and have more teams plunder the best California talent. I am not complaining because we are in the “big boys” club but I will miss our old rivalries. I’ll be headed to the donor dinner again this year in a few weeks. It appears that there is a lot of optimism again this year. The reason I know is that donations are way ahead of our 2014 season which was our best donation season ever. I did laugh and was surprised that UCLA did turn away some large donations from a few sketchy organizations like Pornhub. Apparently UCLA is trying to raise their morale standard? I wonder if they will accept $ from Cooper Heffner or any of the oil companies that donate annually.

The debt is mostly from buying out bad coaching hires, COVID losses from no fans in the stadium and UA deciding contracts don't mean anything. The money from the settlement goes to athletics. MrBug708
At least someone called out the Regents closed door meeting of UCLA's "lack of transparency" move. Wonder if Newsom will bother to show up?
DenverUte13
Can't say I blame USC and UCLA for wanting to jump for the opportunity to make twice what they would have made in the PAC. However, I do wonder why the Big 10 would consider adding Cal and Stanford over Utah. I know Academically they are rated higher then Utah, but if this round of expansion is about football and market wouldn't you take Washington, Oregon, Utah and either Cal or Stanford? Cal & Stanford, share No Cal market and their football programs have been middle of PAC or lower the past 5 or so years. It was reported that the Big 10 wanted to add Stanford as an enticement to get ND, now that ND has reportedly decided to remain Independent, is there another reason to add Stanford other that academics and market, which they share with Cal. Adding Cal might make the regents more amiable to UCLA leaving for the Big10. As for Utah, the University is also an AAU member, the football program has been on the rise. Utah is one of the fastest growing states in the country, has a booming economy and SLC is incredibly easy to navigate for Visiting teams fans. IMO the best additions to the Big 10 would be WA, OU, CA & UU, but then I am a bit biased.

I have enjoyed what the Utes have added. Good football and good fan culture in an interesting state.

Also important, they make the B1G more enticing for ND.
