So basically the Red States and particularly the south.  Who would have guessed.

A lot of blue states it looks like running from the Ohio Valley to Vermont.  Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Minnesota, half of Massachusetts.  Lines up pretty well with a story on 538 analyzing statistics and showing white Republicans are just slightly more racist than white Democrats.

I lived in Pensacola, Florida for a period of time. I also work in South Carolina, Atlanta, North Carolina, Tennessee and Ohio. I grew up thinking only white people were the only people that could be racist. I learned about 20 years ago that minorities are more racist than most white people. They also can get away with saying things that get most white people fired.

When do we all get over the things that happened centuries ago? My ancestors were not the nicest people. Has nothing to do with me.Get over it.

People just need to start learning to take responsibility for their own actions and quit blaming others.

I'm also tired of being politically correct. I see things for how they are and make my own judgement about people.

Too many people are afraid to say what they are thinking for fear of being persecuted.

Only whites can be racist. Ask any liberal.

Be prepared to be attacked. You can't say anything without being attacked. It's the liberal way.

A guy like Orange lives in one of the "whitest" places on earth yet he is one of the first people to call out the race card anytime someone says anything against his liberal views.

Who did you learn that from?

It is interesting that racism goes up as the populations of non whites goes up. In the west we're probably just as racist, we just lack oppotunity and provocation.

This runs contrary to California.  Growing up in Oakland, I was a minority.  Both Berkeley, UCLA and UC Davis, whites are a minority.

Sounds familiar to when I was in DC.  Only the minority can say those things and not suffer the consequences as it seems.

I think the google searches tracked in this study were more associated with blacks than with Latinos. On re-reading, it appears only the N word and variants were used. The "ah" variant was not tracked as it was deemed to be used in non racist manner most of the time.

I've never seen someone be so proud of finishing 2nd in a two person race (pun intended.)

Here's some not so close racist attitudes between white republicans and white democrats.  Notice the higher highs, higher lows trend in 2 of the 3 polls.

Indeed, I'd say a more likely common denominator is money.  The less everyone has, the more likely they'll scapegoat race, or other things to vent their rage.

First, that is not something I do here.

Second, why the hell would it matter where I live?  Do I need to surround myself with black people before I've earned the right to say that racism is wrong?  Anthropology tells us that racism is not just morally wrong, but scientifically nonsensical.  There's NO difference between white people and black people, DNA-wise.

Sorry, wait, let me see if I can get a black neighbor to move in before I explain facts to you.  I've employed two black paralegals, does that help?

The reason Org. is pro African American is that he lives in the Whitest State in the union. You hit it right on the head. Sure let's negotiate with the criminals and use restraint. The only restraints they should use is hand cuffs and leg irons.  Screw you Imam.

I don't know where Orange lives, but I'll assume it's Oregon. A ten-second look at U.S. demographics reveals there are at least 20 states (more than a one-third) that are "as-white-or-whiter" than Oregon. Do you ever post anything accurate?

To be fair, Bend, Oregon is 91.3% white.  I give Bruin70 1 Pinocchio for being mostly correct.
