Cal has hired Vic So'oto as thier new outside linebackers coach. So'oto was previously DL coach at Virginia and USC and ended up at Colorado two months ago, but decided the Bears were better for him. Karl Dorrell said he left due to family, but So'oto refuted this on Twitter.
