Line has moved sharply to Utah -6, up from -4.5 which means word is leaking out that Cam is likely playing
Even if he plays, and that certainly isn't a sure thing, he will be rusty and far from 100%. This game has me worried, hoping the defense continues to play well and can generate a few turnovers and that the offense can do enough to win.
-
I like Oregon in this one comfortably, particularly with Hunter out. CU has a few stars and good top line talent, but not alot of depth.
-
-
Storming the field after beating CSU?
-
I also would have gone for 2,
I really hate that blindside block penalty. Guy running toward guy and toward the play.
-
CSU making game personal.
-
CU better than I thought they would be, but not buying them as contenders for conference title, as I don't think they have the defense or the depth. If they beat Oregon, may change my mind, but right now I don't see it happening.

You should go over to the politics board and see the threads from 2020 I bumped where @HLB guaranteed a Trump victory.
Obviously the election was stolen, so he is still right, as he always is ( just ask him ).

Hype for CU will continue to grow until they lose. If they have a very good season ( 9 or more wins ) will continue to be a big national story. I am still skeptical that CU will be in the top half of the league this year, but they have been much better than I expected thus far, so reserving judgement until they play some good in conference teams like Oregon. If the game against Utah at the end of the season determines who goes to the CCG it will be crazy.
-
Which happens first, USC in CCG for football or UCLA in basketball in the B1G? Does either happen in next decade?

I tell myself all the time I wish I got into coaching. One of two professions I can think of where you can be terrible and still collect money. The other being a lawyer.
Or a politician.

I think the trust quotient for Nate just went up. As long as he continues to secure the ball, QB2 rest of the way IMO. Glad Barnes got his scholly but he was waiting for receivers to be open before the throw instead of leading to the spot like Johnson. Ugly as 209 said but W for the books.
Nate has had some ball security issues, but I think until Cam is back, Utah has to live with it. Offense is just so much more dynamic with Nate. He is just a redshirt freshman, really high ceiling, but going to have some youthful mistakes.
-
Nate looked good on this drive. Wish they would have switched to him earlier.

Getting our asses handed to us across the board.
Utah playing poorly, but down 10-3 not quite "getting ass handed" to you.

TV ratings last week. As expected, the TCU-CU hype train delivered. Utah/Florida wasn’t bad for a Thursday. OSU/SJSU was good as well.

Utah/Florida actually highest rated game not on one of the 4 OTA networks. Only ESPN game with over 1M viewers.

Why don't you just join the pooltracker pool with everyone else, then you can crow over how superior your picks are? Do you really think your picks warrant a weekly thread?

I still would like to see OSU and Wazzu get into the Big 12. I would prefer 3 pods with 6 teams each, and western pods could be OSU, Wazzu, Utah, BYU, Az and ASU. Would make me feel alot better about travel, especially for Basketball and Oly sports. Even if they have to take half shares for several years to get in, would still be more than they make wit MWC or AAC.

I think the point is that when you talk shit and can't back it up, you should expect to be called out on it, even if you or your father are famous.
