To me what was really discouraging was Brock Osweilers play. This is the first game I've watched where he did not exert his leadership in the game.

 

Instead of scrambling when nobody as open, he stood in the pocket and kept taking sacks. That is very alarming to me.

 

Last year we won so many games on Oz ability to step up and change the game. He did not do that today and that disappoints me.

 

When he did scramble good things happened.

 

I really hope Dennis Erickson and Noel Mazzone aren't trying to make him a "pocket passer", because if they are, we are going to lose more games like this.
