I do the same thing but bed of sliced vidalias then pour the pepperoncini over the top with the rest. I used the sliced peppers though and then shred it up an place on toasted hoagies and melt provolone on the top.

Yup...run through on soccer, now just baseball and basketball. Great group of kids in our area and has been a blast (but exhausting). My son is now reaching the age I get to be dad watching him grow and develop...and really enjoying this stage. Not to get too mushy.
