glduck
the playoff committee's "new tradition" of being played when everybody is work lasts exactly one year. a timeline: -- committee announces games will be played NYE, when everyone is at work. -- everybody complains. -- committee tells everyone to STFU, it'll be fine. -- nobody watches. -- networks complain. -- committee moves games to saturday, or a holiday when people can watch. Scscsc89
-- committee tells everyone to STFU, it'll be fine. Didn't they initially say, "Nothing can be done about it"?
Utefan1211
Clemson/Alabama not that exciting either. No intriguing match ups. Alabama surprisingly does not bring in huge ratings. I love college football but due to the times it was played and the teams playing, I didn't bother watching. Had any team from the West been involved, I would have tuned in to watch. I'm just one viewer but I feel much of us in the West felt the same.

I'm more focused on the Front Range schools & their conferences. This SEC dominance has hurt the appeal of college football somewhat.
