It's not even the point. In-person voter fraud is completely nonexistent. The only reason the GOP pushes for Voter ID is to suppress democratic votes (in Texas they allow gun registration cards to be used, but not college ID cards). Virtually the ONLY form of voter fraud in existence is with absentee ballots, which are disproportionately Republican voters, and the GOP has never once introduced any bill to address that.
