Yep. I was way off on the speed thing, they look quicker than us. Also dominating us on the offensive glass. Dante is missing bunnies and getting outplayed. Very, very lucky to be only down two, Creighton is getting all the looks they want.

Dana was calling timeouts screaming at the boys for the D and boards.

Oregon has 40 points in the paint, has attempted 18 threes and has 3 FTA. Creighton has attempted 38 threes and has 18 points in the paint and has shot 12 FT. Like, come the fuck on here guys.

Yikes. Worse than I thought. CU hasn’t seen this type of speed this year.  Marquette is right up there with Houston and UConn on defensive pressure and pace.

Very polished team. This might be a blowout.

Hope not.

You wouldn’t know it based on yesterday, but I do think Oregon can be pretty good next year, depending on what the portal does to us. There’s no replacing Dante but if this year’s three freshmen all return, plus Bittle (confirmed) and Tracey, that’s a nice little starting five. Wouldn’t argue against adding some bench production.

Of course, I don’t know what “pretty good” will translate to in the B1G.

You need to get another stud like Couisnard. He’s a post season monster.

I’m interested to see what happens with Dante in the NBA. His resume the last half of the season was top 10 pick worthy.

They’ll probably scratch their head on his injuries I’m betting.

Why do you think Oregon got so tired?  I didn’t see that with any other team even if the players, like Rice and Wells for WSU (who played good D and 40 minutes (Wells) or nearly 40 (Rice).  Not trying to be an ass, it was just very unusual.  There were several coaches commenting that their players could play more minutes than usual due to longer timeouts.
