KUGRDON
Thought tracking what we hear on this front would be interesting: Ward committed Monday evening.

Ideally there are rules in place to promote some sense of a level playing field. At the moment ncaa football is the Wild West.

Scscsc89
College football players have been getting cars from boosters as long as there have been cars & college football. at least now it’s out in the open. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Great way to get around Title IX if you are a woman hater. No state action when donor gives football skill position players $$$.

You'd prefer the old, white men in charge gather all of the economic benefits of these adults' labor, for free, all in the name of feminist wokeness? I call total bullshit. KUGRDON
So yes, it is the effect. I’d love for schools to get out of the sports industry. The world’s do not mix well. How can anyone justify the fact that the highest paid state employees are generally coaches. NIL is just a way to preserve the current system, where mostly white head coaches and athletic directors have the power and the money. Just that some folks are too stupid to realize that. Ok, I'll call your bluff, time to vote for progressives and ensure that ALL women, particularly women of color, have all the Title IX rights envisioned by the lawmakers, and that the Supreme Court uphold those rights. Oh, but wait, you've voted Republican all your life, and now we have a fascist supreme court that is destroying healthcare freedom for women, substantive financial help for the poor, and zero medical care for the poor. Way to take a stand, Don, against your former self.
KUGRDON
Perhaps because the killing of 650,000 humans a year is not women’s Health care and spending programs which allocate the majority dollars spent to those who are not poor are not substantive financial help for the poor. You? Sure as shit ain't the Republicans in Congress, or your hero, Joe Manchin. You don't give a shit about human beings. You care about shoving your repugnant religious views into the constitution. Ahhh, yes, let's waste more money means-testing than we'd pay if we gave a child tax credit to help all families, because .001% of people may get more than they need. Let's not forgive student loans, because we all know a Harvard kid who is rich (and, oh, by the way, never needed student loans). Again, you don't care about human life. You don't even care about children. You care about fetuses, because you've been brainwormed by 50 years of evangelical bullshit telling you how to vote.
