glduck
Stanford blowing the doors off Okie. Cardinal about to be 7-0.
PAC MAN
Agree that was a solid win for the Cardinal. Seeing WSU lose to that school from Lincoln just makes me sick.
MrBug708
UCLA loses to BYU. Apparently improving from a defense ranked in the 130s isn't an easy switch to get them into a top
PAC MAN
Buffs had to battle (it's the UCF arena...go figure) Clemson in Vegas but still win that game despite Battey & Bey getting into foul trouble and Wright being cold when it comes to shooting. Clemson was tabbed to finish 11th in the 15 team ACC but the Buffs have their first win against an ACC school since 1991 (@Wake Forest).
PAC MAN
Stanford lost a close one to Butler...perhaps they are punching above their media predicted 10th place finish in the PAC.
glduck
Yeah Stanford has looked pretty good. Butler hit a contested jumper with 5 seconds left for the go-ahead, but 'Furd was right there. Nice win by Colorado as well.

glduck
Ducks beat Seton Hall 71-69. Trailed by 19 in the second half and stormed back. Gonzaga tomorrow.....
PAC MAN
Way to go Ducks! Beating a Big East team has to mean something since they seem to play more physical (based on CU's home and home with Xavier).
glduck
Hall is GOOD. Two 7’ kids and three guys that can shoot, one of them being Myles Powell, who might win the Naismith/Wooden. We straight stole that game.

glduck
We last played Gonzaga in Mark Few’s first season — the year after their initial Elite 8 run. I remember listening to it on the radio, as it was in some untelevised tournament in Hawaii. FUN FACT! Ernie Kent retired 1-0 against Few. I always thought it was bonkers that two NW programs of some acclaim didn’t schedule more home/homes over the years.

I always thought it was bonkers that two NW programs of some acclaim didn’t schedule more home/homes over the years. Especially considering Few’s ties to Eugene. Didn’t Washington stop scheduling them because of recruiting concerns or something? Or they didn’t want to give Gonzaga exposure in Seattle? glduck
Never mind, I see now that we were smart to never schedule them.
