PAC MAN Posted February 23, 2020 Share Posted February 23, 2020 Too early to say this is a bad hire or a good one. Embree’s staff had some good names and CU tanked in its first two years of PAC-12 play. Maybe the opposite will happen but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t expect more out of the CU coaching search. Spring ball is starting soon for CU and the key will be holding together a good recruiting class and there’s recruiting. If KD can keep CU’s recruiting going for at least a couple of years, CU should be a decent team. I’d be happy with five straight 7-6 seasons after just two bowl games in 14 years. Doesn’t mean I will not think CU can have double digit win seasons sooner than later. I just want CU to have an identity and build off of that at this point.
